1. Overview

This website, cachi-stitch.com, is operated by Anna Raeva, doing business as CACHI – Magnetic Frames for Needlepoint ("CACHI," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits our website or buys from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on this website.

Purchases by shops and other businesses at wholesale prices are governed by our Wholesale Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Products

  • Our frames are made to order in our studio. Hand-painted finishes are applied by hand, so color and texture may vary slightly from frame to frame and from the photos on our website.
  • Frame sizes refer to the inner opening that displays your needlepoint. Please measure your stitched design before ordering to make sure it fits the frame you choose. If you're not sure, contact us before you order and we'll gladly help.
  • We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colors can look different on different screens.

3. Magnet Safety

Our frames contain magnets. They are decorative items, not toys. Keep frames and any loose parts away from young children and pets. Swallowed magnets can cause serious internal injury; if a magnet is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. Keep magnets away from pacemakers and other medical devices, and from credit cards and electronics that magnets can affect.

4. Custom Orders

  • We make frames in custom sizes and shapes on request. We may confirm the size and details with you before production.
  • Custom orders are made specifically for you and are final once production has started, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
  • All frame designs, shapes and production methods remain ours. Making a frame in a particular size or shape for you does not make that size or shape exclusive to you.

5. Orders and Pricing

  • All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout.
  • We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, an item was listed at an incorrect price, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and its payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping, Returns and Damage

  • Shipping and returns are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, where posted on this website.
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

7. Using Our Website

  • Please use our website only for lawful purposes. Don't try to interfere with its security or operation, or use it to send spam or harmful content.
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
  • Our website runs on Shopify, and some features are provided by third parties. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

8. Our Content

The text, photos, videos, designs and other content on this website belong to CACHI or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission, except to share links to our website or products.

Your needlepoint designs and stitched work remain yours. If you send or tag us in photos of your finished pieces, we will ask your permission before sharing them.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We stand behind the quality of our frames. Beyond what is stated in these Terms and our posted policies, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and products are provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
